Shipping

• We currently ship within the United States.
• Free shipping on orders over $50. Orders under that ship for a flat $4.95.
• Each product page shows its honest delivery estimate (some items ship express in 2–6 days, others in 8–15 days depending on the fulfillment partner).
• Tracking is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Returns — the Happy Tail Guarantee

• 30 days from delivery. If your pet doesn't love it, email care@pewyco.com with your order number.
• We'll send a prepaid return label (US orders) and refund or swap once the item is on its way back.
• Items should be in resalable condition. Opened food/treats can be refunded if there's a quality issue — your pet's health comes first.
• Refunds land back on your original payment method within 5–10 business days of return pickup.

Damaged or wrong item?

That's on us — email a photo within 7 days and we'll ship a replacement immediately, no return needed.
