1. The short version
PEWYCO sells thoughtfully chosen pet products. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. We promise to keep them fair and readable.
2. Orders & payment
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your order is an offer to buy; it becomes a contract when we confirm shipment. If an item is unavailable or mispriced, we'll contact you to refund or adjust — your choice.
3. Shipping
Delivery estimates (shown on each product page) are estimates, not guarantees. Most items ship from our fulfillment partners and arrive within the stated window. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to your address.
4. Returns & the Happy Tail Guarantee
If your pet doesn't love it within 30 days of delivery, contact us for a swap or refund — see our Shipping & Returns page for details. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
5. Product info & pet safety
Always supervise pets with toys and check sizing guides. Descriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge, but pets are creative — inspect products regularly and replace damaged items.
6. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site, scrape it aggressively, or attempt to exploit it. We may refuse service to anyone doing so.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PEWYCO's liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We're not liable for indirect damages.
